E-Sign Disclosure Statement for Collect Northwest
This Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act ("E-SIGN Act") Disclosure ("Disclosure") applies to all communications, disclosures, agreements, statements, notices, and documents related to the collections process and any other interactions with us that may occur electronically. By agreeing to this Disclosure, you consent to the use of electronic records, signatures, and communications from us in place of physical documents, subject to the terms set forth below.

By accepting this Disclosure, you agree to receive all communications and documents related to your debt, including notices, payment agreements, settlement offers, and other legally required disclosures, in electronic format. 2. Accessing Electronic Communications
To view and retain electronic records, you must have a device with internet access, a compatible web browser, and software that can open PDF documents. We will ensure that the electronic documents provided meet readability and accessibility standards.
3. Electronic Signatures
You agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your physical signature. When you select a check box, click "Agree," "Sign," or any other prompt indicating acceptance, you agree that you are providing your electronic signature and consent to the document’s terms.
4. Updating Contact Information
It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid email address and update it if your contact information changes. We will rely on the most recent contact information you provide, and we are not responsible for any delay or failure in electronic communications due to outdated contact information.
5. Withdrawal of Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications at any time. To do so, contact us in writing, and specify that you would like to withdraw your E-SIGN consent. Please note that withdrawal may affect our ability to proceed with the collections process electronically and may delay the timing of our communications.
6. Requesting Paper Copies
You may request paper copies of any electronic communications provided. Contact us by phone or email to request paper copies; we may charge a fee for this service. Your request for a paper copy will not constitute a withdrawal of consent to receive electronic communications.
7. Hardware and Software Requirements
To access electronic records, you need:
An internet-enabled device
An updated web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
Software to open PDF files (e.g., Adobe Reader)
A valid email address
If these requirements change, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to withdraw your consent or update your technology.
8. Your Agreement and Acknowledgment
By proceeding with electronic communications, you acknowledge and agree to the terms in this E-Sign Disclosure. You confirm that you have the necessary hardware and software, that you are capable of receiving and accessing electronic records, and that you understand and consent to the use of electronic records and signatures in connection with our collections process.

If you are located in the United States, you acknowledge and agree that Services are subject to the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (“E-SIGN Act”), and that you intend that the E-SIGN Act will apply to validate your ability to engage electronically in transactions related to the Services.
